Almost Broken by Portia Moore
This book continued the roller coaster of emotions that is this series.
The reason I didn't give it more stars is two-fold: I hated Jenna. HATED Jenna. And I could not stand Chris for more than 50% of the time. He had no backbone. He refused to stand up for himself, or especially Lauren.
I could not wrap my head around the fact that she could love both Chris and Cal. I understood it to an extent, but they were complete opposites and I find it hard to believe that the kind of woman that would fall for Cal would then fall just as hard for Chris.
Cal turning up was the best thing about this book. For sure.
